What do you love most about your job?
The thing i love the most about my job, is being purpose driven. Ever since starting my journey from free lancing, moving up to an agency owner. Ive had this belief of working with companies who have the same drive and also represent a "purpose driven" cause. - meaning giving back. My passion for helping companies unlock hidden potential internally & externally routes right back to giving a percentage of profits right back to a charity or cause that fits well in line with the clients and Team10 purpose.
However not only that, i have a serious passion for social media, copywriting and experimenting. Having been raised in the digital & social realm, i bring a diverse set of skills to each business we work with. This has enabled us to leverage the most tactical social media marketing skills to create powerful content and advertisements for businesses in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, West Midlands and Scotland.

What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me was firstly experimenting with the "algorithm" and leveraging to get some results online. Once i started seeing huge results, other techniques, funnels etc.. we implemented these gold mines to grow businesses and create huge smile on business owners faces who thanked us continuously.
Then again, after doing a bit of our own research we learned that over 70% of businesses were not using the same tools to grow online, simply because they did not understand ROI or didn't know how.
Team10 came alive to take businesses from their current situation to their desired, with the moral of still being purpose driven,

Clients should choose us because we are not a one take wonder,
Our primary focus is to build long term sustainable relationships with our clients no matter how small or big the job is. We dont only market for clients, we also advise and consult our clients on what they could be doing themselves to stay on top of their game to create a longterm sustainable brand.
However, its not only the client, we also pick and choose who we want to work with. If your vision, your purpose does not align with ours, then most likely we choose not to work with you.
