Sam was our primary realtor, but we highly recommend the entire team to anyone looking for professional and over-the-top real estate guidance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sharon. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her from start to finish. She is professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention the best negotiator - she got us some incredible deals when negotiating offers with our builder! Purchasing a home in Bend, while living out of state, can be a daunting process. From our first meeting while visiting Bend last spring, it was obvious to us that Maureen Kohal is a true professional who keeps the interests and well being of her clients as her top priority. We returned to Colorado from that visit with full confidence that Maureen and Team DeLay were the folks who would make our move to a new part of the country as smooth and painless as possible.

Maureen has gone out of her way to keep us informed through the entire purchasing process and the construction of our new home in The Bridges. Her advice and recommendations have been extremely helpful to us as we were making decisions “remotely”. Her “weekly updates” on the construction process, complete with progress photos, have made us feel as though we have a personal representative on site to make sure that everything goes smoothly, and it has.

Working with Sam Delay has been a dream. From shopping around for a home, to the final purchase, Sam has been there for us all the way. When we were searching for a home, Sam really honed in on what we were looking for. He had great advice on what we might be interested in and what we should stay away from. When we we decided on a home, he helped us figure out the right offer that was accepted very quickly. Buying a home in Bend seemed like just a dream, until My husband and I were referred to Sam Delay. Sam went above and beyond for us and we gave him a run for his money. =) Working with us for almost 1 year; he guided us through 4 different home transactions, (3 didn't go through for home inspection complications.)He stayed positive and kept us going the entire time, but was never pushy, like some Realtors can be, he really listened to our wants and needs and stayed very patient. He treated us like friends, talking with us, never down to us, making us really feel like he was taking the best care he could. He even entertained and made "friends"with our twin 3.5 year olds.
Sam has been amazing and has become our family realtor for life. I wouldn't hesistate to refer Sam Delay and his team to anyone.

Sam did an incredible job with my wife and I in our first home purchase. We did not understand much of the process and had a ton of questions being first time home buyers. Sam always responded to our questions via text or email very quickly with enough detail that we didn't have to follow up.

Sam made our offer appealing among many other offers without us having to offer much over asking for a property that was appraised at $10,000 above the listing price. We are very satisfied with the price we paid by comparison to other properties we found.

Our loan process was a nightmare, but Sam was able to ease our minds and when things almost fell through, he contacted our lender and made sure everything would be pushed through in time for closing.

After we got the keys to the house, the house was a mess. The previous owner left it very dirty and left a lot of large items that were garbage to us. He contacted the selling agent and got them to pay for the time and cost of getting everything to the dump.

He turned a horrible experience into a great one for my wife and I. We are very satisfied with our home and will definitely use Sam as our agent in all future sales and purchases whenever possible. More...

My fiancé and I could not have been any happier with our first home buying experience. We went into the process knowing very little about how it works, but Maureen "Moe" Kohal was very patient and extremely thorough in explaining everything we needed to know in order to purchase our first house. We let her know what kind of things we wanted in a house and she was able to suggest listings that were in our budget and also had what we wanted. Moe is very knowledgeable about the central Oregon area and very knowledgeable about the real estate market and we really benefitted from that. She helped us close our house in two weeks and guided us through the process even though we were on the east coast at the time. Brad and I can't say enough about Edie and how she and Sam helped us find our home in Eagle Crest. We were coming from out of town and Sam was able to show us around on short notice. We had an idea in mind in the beginning of the process and did a complete 360. We came in December and only had a few hours to look at homes due to schedules and weather. Edie was amazing.
