We are a small team of high end Event Managers.
We run the major Hertfordshire music festival Meraki and also Virtual Reality Show in London but we also do lots of smaller more boutique events from parties to weddings, to kids parties and anything that needs a little event sparkle!

What a fantastic family festival! It was our first family camp, too, and it really couldn't have been better. Lovely staff, great activities of all kinds and the food vans were top notch. The kids particularly enjoyed the Flying Seagulls Project, the ferris wheel, the hair braiding, and the climbing wall... actually, who am I kidding- they loved it all!!! A wonderful event. I am not a typical 'festive goer', but thought I would broaden my horizons - enjoyed every second of this. Loved the dance tent, with some great house music memories! There is a great variety of food (the Indian food from one of the places was delicious!), the bus was awesome (had a very merry time in there!) and it had a lovely atmosphere. Meraki is the most gorgeous, instagram worthy Christmas festival. My boyfriend and I had a lovely date walking round eating yummy food, mulled wine and feel super festive. Wonderful live music and we were saying how much we appreciate the hard work they have put in to make something special in St. A. We have had a lovely time at Meraki and think the organisers did a brilliant job despite the difficulties they had. We enjoyed a comedy night, a movie in the Snug and the ice skating. The Santa experience was fantastic, the “naughty” elves were so lovely and kind to my 2 year old who was slightly apprehensive at first... they really drew her in with the magic and their energy and enthusiasm was great. Just got back from a great afternoon/evening at the Meraki Festival, finally made it down with my wife, 2 year old and cousin. We all had an amazing time and would recommend going as it’s free, sellers, vendors and staff very friendly and something for everyone to do. My in laws collected our 2 year old and we then went to the comedy night that was packed and we all have a great laugh. Would like to try and get back again before it’s finished :-) More...

We had an awesome night in the tipis last night. It looked great and staff in the tent were super friendly. Loved the DJ.. he filled the dance floor. It was busy in the tent and pretty cosy. We went on opening day, my mum, sister, niece and nephew. lots of fun was had and I think we covered all areas. my niece absolutely loved the Santa experience and wont stop talking about it . she now thinks shes a professional ice skater and no longer needs a penguin!. the food stalls are different which is a refreshing change from bratwurst. and the bars and drink selections aswell. The team are so lovely and helpful and definitely made the evening so much fun. I had booked the Champagne and crystal party evening and it was a wonderfully laid back but beautiful evening. My team and I had had so much fun. Granted it is freezing outside but we were lovely and snug in the beautifully decorated tipi. The acoustic singer was fab and the DJ so,so much fun. We worked with Meraki during the Summer Festival adding glitter and hair braiding to all the campers! First time at Meraki festival this year. It was amazing!! So much to do for the children, my two year old was entertained for the whole three days. We had a great time at Meraki! I was on my own with my 3 children, my youngest having autism, Kerry couldn’t have been more helpful with things that made our experience so much better, all at the last minute. The traders were all so kind and understanding too when my daughter found queuing more than difficult! The security staff were excellent, helping out when I needed and so kind to the children. This was a truly lovely weekend, a really fantastic family experience, every single part of this festival was family friendly, I would highly recommend it and so would the kids! The real bonus was the all-inclusive part, everything we did (from face paints to laser tag to massages - everything!) were all included, the only thing we paid for was food and drink, which was all reasonably priced for a festival! We’ll be back next year for definite, 5 stars More...

Had an amazing weekend camping and enjoying the festival. we didn't have small children with us so we fully enjoyed the night times entertainment! ! Daytime for us was a tad boring. But as I said we LOVED the evenings!! The only things that really did disappoint alot was that there was no charging station as promised...so instead had to leave phones or portables in a plug in a bar and just hope they were there still when we came back! Second thing was it was advertised as a contactless festival...well half the venders was cash only, and the 2 in camp were cash only. someone had previously asked if we should bring any money and response was we didn't need to as all contactless...suggest you let all venders know next time please! Apart from those 2 things....we had an absolute blast!! Will come again next year...in the night time for the amazing entertainment put on and the acts :) More...
