Tcd construction

We are having a really mixed experience, moving between excellent (the quality of the work carried out by employees of TC&D) and simply awful (work carried out by contracted out employees, despite this being in contradiction of the contract we have agreed). Worst still, they are 4 months late in returning to carry out defects (a list they have agreed tom so no issue there) and are uncontactable through normal routes/staff, even via our Contract Administrator. Today I have written to TC&D's Managing Director, Daiva Staniukynaite, to ask her to review the status of the contract as she sees it. I will update this review once I hear back

Update - 24th June 2018. No response from MD even though we know for certain she received our communication. Struggling to understand such contempt for a customer. If you are contemplating using TC&D I have one suggestion - ask for feedback from a cross section of their customers. Make your own mind up on where you invest your hard earned money. More...

I would like to thank all those involved in the recent refurbishment work at the Archives of the Jesuits in Britain. We are immensely delighted with the new office space and the prepared storage area. The high quality in the finish shows excellent craftsmanship and everyone who has seen these areas is very impressed with the work. It was also appreciated how respectful the men were of the environment and the professional standards shown was remarked on.
