TBCS, Inc. is a full service design and build firm. Our mission is to provide our clients the project of their dreams. The process begins with an initial consultation where we assess needs & wants. We discuss budgets & financing. We determine feasibility based on local municipal zoning requirements. Once everybody is comfortable we go to work designing. TBCS utilizes state of the art designing software to present floor plans, elevations & renderings. We determine fixed cost pricing & scope of work. We coordinate meetings with lenders & our clients to insure the best funding options.
