This is a very cool business.  They offer bathing/grooming services and also offer their facilities for you to bathe your own dog.  They also offer dog walking services and treats for your canine buddies.  The treats look very appetizing.    Considering the place has constant wet dogs being bathed inside it- you smell NO odor when you enter.  The entire interior appeared spotless.    The employees are very kind and knowledgeable.  You should check this business out! We just moved to the area and desperately needed a new groomer for our husky. He requires his coat to be blown at least 4 times a year due to his intense shedding. I got one of the coupon mailer flyers in the mail and decided to take my dog for a wash. She is 81 pounds and a lab shepherd mix, read: very hairy and strong willed. With her double coat, they recommended doing the "Furminator" treatment instead of a traditional haircut. I can not recommend both the location and the specific service highly enough. Tazzy and Boo are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, very welcoming and loving for my dog who is food motivated and a little sensitive about her paws. The all female staff (when I stopped by) were professional and excellent. The Furminator service included a shampoo and conditioner and a blow out to get rid of all the dead hair from the undercoat. For a double coated dog, this is the best service to choose, gets rid of all the excess dead hair so you're left with a healthy length and thick coat, perfect for incoming warm days. It's been a couple days and just like I was told, my dogs coat is laying flatter and is soft to the touch and the constant shedding is at an all time low. Her nails got a little grind down so no more fear of puncture wounds!!I cannot give enough praise. Definitely give them a chance!! More...

I’ve been taking my Pomeranians here for a while and absolutely love the grooming, I lived in Antiquity which made it really convenient but moved to Mooresville and I still drive to take the pups there. Just had our dog groomed for the first time at Tazzy & Boo. Great experience. Booked on line, which is so convenient. They called and got our rabies documentation from our vet without my having to do anything. Alex was our groomer. He was so nice. Best groom my dog has had in her 5 years. He was done in a little over an hour and she is a difficult dog who hates being groomed. Super convenient. Since it was so quick I just ran errands. Love that they groom on Saturdays. This is our new place to go for grooming and we will stick with Alex! Also like the self bath option for our larger dog. It has been a big help a few times when he came in filthy from the back yard. I believe this was our third visit to the self dog wash. We travel full time and our dogs aren’t able to get good warm baths as often as I’d like. The elevated tubs are great and everything we need is there for us. The staff was very pleasant and friendly too! I stopped by here to utilize the self wash for my Old English Sheepdog. The shop was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and even helped me get my senior sheepie into the tub.  She went over the different types of shampoos and equipment.  The blow dryer had several settings and was very strong. The no heat was a plus when drying all that hair! I would recommend bringing your own brushes from home for after grooming. Self wash was only about $16! We will be back! More...

This is a great place to self-wash your dog! We like to do this in between grooming, especially after a hike. The set-up is comfortable for dog and owner, there is a nice selection of shampoos and all the towels you need. The air dryer is powerful but gentle -- that's our dogs least favorite part and she tolerated it well. Good selection of food & supplies as well. More...

I love this place. The owners are very knowledgeable, friendly, and a true family business. I brought my Shih-Tzu in for a bath using their self-wash stations. There are only three bays and had to wait a couple of minutes, which I didn't mind on a busy day. They clean the bays in between each dog, and keep the area clean. There are groomers there if you don't want to wait. Even if you don't use those services, your dog is welcome to meet Tazzy & Boo. I took my dog home and finished grooming him. If you haven't visited Tazzy & Boo yet, you must put it on your places to visit and shop for your pet!! I also can't say enough about their self-wash stations for your pup and the grooming services offered. Careful thought was given in setting up these stations as often times as fur parents it is tough for us to maneuver around our dogs while bathing. These self wash stations give you that accessibility along with your pick of shampoos, conditioners, apron, towel, and dryer. Great selection of grain-free treats as well!!! They did an excellent job with a shedding treatment on my sweet Bailey. I then hired them to come to my house for dog walking for an entire weekend when we were out of town as Bailey prefers to stay home rather than be boarded. This place is wonderful! I've gone for a self serve dog wash and to pick up some treats and toys twice, and have been very impressed with the friendly service, reasonable prices, and great selection on both occasions! I have a very big dog (165 lbs.) and I greatly appreciate that the self serve stations are large and deep for the pup getting washed, but also at a good height for the human washer (no sore back from bending over). Even better, they have actual steps into the tub (rather than a ladder), making it easier to get my dog in and out than at other similar places. More...

The self-service washing stations are great with easy entry and a variety of supplies and the store carries a great stock of grain-free treats, toys and high quality food.
