One on one training with 24/7 online help. Also will make a diet plan that will suit there needs. Whether its 2 days a week or 4 i promise i can get you there

Diet, diet diet . 100% self control and i will hold you accountable
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people reach there goals. Ive helped people with diabetes who after a couple months didnt have it anymore. Ive also had cancer so i know how to work people who have had itand get great results
What inspired you to start your own business?
Several of my friends told me i would do great as a personal trainer and would rather get paid all the money and charge less then these corperate gym charge people
