I recently used them, job took 20 minutes to complete and I was hugely overcharged. I feel like I was ripped off, Disappointed and will never use them again.

Phoned Tayside on Monday 10th Feb, Kenny and Liam came to Eden Court on Wednesday 12th in the Morning, Broken satellite dish identified, by 2pm on the same day, new dish installed and working great, fantastic service, nothing too much trouble, great lads, Tayside Aerials top class service.

Very expensive for what they did and they never came back to finish the job. Never returned phonecalls and eventually communicated by text after some 10 days. Got another company in and they were shocked at what I had paid. Eventually spoke with owner who was rude and aggresive and had no intention of finishing the job unless I paid even more.!! Just had these guys in to take care of all sorts of wires etc at the back of our main TV accumulated over a period of time. Having previously used a substandard service that cost me an arm, leg and three toes, I was well impressed with the guys who carried out the aerial amplifier replacement for my mother today. They were completely on-the-ball, determining the problem and quickly (and properly) replacing faulty equipment while tidying and sorting the previous installation. We also appreciated the discount given as my mother is elderly! We are completely satisfied with all aspects of the work and would highly recommend you to other customers. We understand that you are a busy company, as you should be, but if I needed an aerial service in the future I would happily wait for your availability rather than wasting time and money using an inferior supplier. Absolutely brilliant service from Kenny and Grant today. I am currently living in a flat that cannot be fitted with virgin/sky etc. I was told that there was a communal aerial when I moved in but found that I had absolutely no service provider at all.Kenny and Grant spent time looking for the problem, established the fault and fixed it!!! You meet lots of nice people when you go to carry out the work they require us to do for them.
It also nice to see all the nice comments the customers leave for us after we have completed there job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to have my own business ,when I got paid of from my previous job I went and spoke to my bank manager about starting my own, I took a loan to start my business I haven’t looked back since then nearly 20years
And still going strong.
