Was recently looking for a reputable cleaning company to perform a deep, move-out clean. I found Lemon Blossom on google as they were located in McKinney. I’m glad I found them as dealing with Bobbie and her top notch crew was super painless. Not to mention the amazing job they did on the House. The crew was very polite and hardworking. I’ve had cleaning companies before where the crews were disinterested. That wasn’t the case with Bobbies crew at all. They worked diligently to ensure everything was taken care of. Beware of a company called taylor maids
They are appearently separate companies with the same name... this company maybe of better quality but shares the same name with a company that was unbelievable below is the story (it is actually for a company called “Taylor Maid Clean”) owned by Brittany Taylor.

This is a warning for the other company and I’m leaving a 5 star rating simply not to hurt this company’s star rating (you will find this business when you do research for the other business and it will mislead you to believe it is the same company I dealt with)

I absolutely do not write reviews unless service is unbelievable. But this was a horrible experience, I waited over a week to get on the schedule after paying $120 on a Groupon buy. Granted vendors do not earn much off of Groupon deals but I have been looking for a company to come out monthly and clean my home.

I was scheduled for a 4 hour cleaning from 5pm-9pm. I was absolutely not ok with that schedule but I was told That was the only available time slot.

The woman who showed up to my house was missisng all of her front teeth and wreaked (I mean strong bold pungently wreaked) of cigarette smoke.

She was friendly and I am not one to judge based on appearance so I let her into my home to begin cleaning.

After 2 hours of her being in my 1400 sq ft home I decided to look at the work she had been performing and discovered that the rooms she spent the most time in were still quite filthy.

I then walked into my bedroom while she was “cleaning” the bathroom. I stood behind the cleaner and watched her use my shower head and spray the shower walls down for over 5 Minutes. Literally killing time.

I could not believe my eyes. I made a statement about the fact that she would be here all night at that pace and she told me she would stay passed the 4 hour window if she wasn’t done but she started at 5 pm... I did not want to be here for 6-7 hours unable to breathe in my own home due to the cigarette smoke smell I could smell from 2 rooms over.

I’ve left this review before being able to speak to the owner Brittany Taylor simply because I know how hard it is to decipher between real and fake reviews on google and other sources

I had Taylor Maid come clean my place and they did a FANTASTIC job. I am somewhat of a difficult customer to deal with and Bobbi was so nice and pleasant every step of the way. My place is the cleanest it's ever been and it had some nice finishing touches to it. My kids said it's so clean they don't even want to mess it up again. I will definitely have them come back on a consistent basis because as this lifted a lot off of my shoulders. Being a single working mom of 2 busy kids involved in a lot of activities, cleaning is the last thing I want to do during my "free" time.

We are so happy we found Taylor Maid! We have scheduled bi-weekly cleanings and Marisol and her team do a great job. We have wood, granite, marble, stainless steel, and high ceiling fans. All of it is clean, polished, and not damaged by inexperience. We also have a pack of dogs. Their hair, tracked in dirt, and nose prints on the glass doors are gone. They are bonded and insured, so consider risk when comparing prices. They do better than I can do, when I can find time, so the house is cleaner than it has been in years.
