We got recommended to use Taylor Austin Installations from a friend as we wanted our bathroom re-tiling. The initial service was great and the work started pretty much straight away. Staff on the job were polite, punctual and tidy which is something I've battled with in the past using other companies. The end result was fantastic and now would only use them for similar work. What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy and giving them what they have dreamed of. There is nothing better than showcasing a finished product to a client for the first time and seeing how happy they are.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I studied Computer Science at University and then went on to work in sales for a number of years. I then realised I wasn't pushy enough to be a salesman, and wanted to do something with my hands as I was always a creative person.
