Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Accounting and tax compliance is a tedious task and is often overlooks. I also believe it is the backbone to any successful business. Any business, especially in the beginning, needs a great accountant. From choosing the right business structure to establishing an efficient accounting system, a great accountant will save business money through proactive planning and procedures.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of my work is that it allows me to make close bonds with clients. It also allows me to help them. I truly enjoy making them better and this makes me content. Also, through our planning and procedures, we save clients money, often more than what they pay us in fees and this truly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love business. I come from a family of business owners. Running my own business has been a delight because I can help my clients, as well as learn about them. As an business owner, I am able to grow along with my client and enhance our relationship. This close bond could not be possible if I were not the owner and that makes all the difference.
