Booked a taxi at 8.30!for midnight pick up but taxi didn't show. Rang office they told us running late can't guarnette a taxi at busiest time of midnight even though it was booked. Promised it would show within 10'mins guess it didn't happen. Another call to office taxi turned up at 12.45 then took us home the long way around. The driver had a sat nav I front of him, I discussed this with him. We told we would only pay what we normally pay he agreed to it. Disgusting service poor poor. More...

I rang for a taxi while in a panic due to my precious cat being seriously poorly the receptionist heard my distress and made my order priority, the driver was amazing trying to reassure me and got me to the emergency vet hospital in what must've been record time all the while trying to calm my hysterics the driver who then collected me from said above was sympathetic and comforting and listened to my story and spoke calmly and with reassurance I am so grateful to all those involved and thank them for helping me

TAXI First APP; waiting 1 hr and told when I phone up, there is a two hour wait!!! Unacceptable when it's a Saturday night. They may want to program the APP to inform you that you will be waiting for a considerable time. Fastest taxi company in Plymouth, don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes even on a Saturday night. Also, the app is a good way to book your taxi as you can see exactly when your taxi has been dispatched and where it is on the map (and apparently gives you priority)!

I tried to walk home with a bad back and one of the cabs passed me by a bit further down the road and by now I'm in agony he stopped to ask for directions which I told him, I then asked if he would take me home to which he replied sure jump in. Last week I was ill and needed a taxi to the hospital. The driver arrived very quickly and got me there, I only had my card with me and couldn't pay, so I decided to get out and leave my card with him.
A few days later, I phoned them and he returned my card (without a penny spent, on a contactless card) and I was able to pay cash then.
All I can say is that I'm so glad they got me where I needed, didn't bother me when I didn't pay, and safely returned my card. More...

I booked a taxi with 606060 yesterday for 17:40 from mutley and waited five minutes before calling them to say no one had arrived, they hadn't even recorded my booking and I didn't receive an apology and was told I'd have to wait half an hour. I then called taxi first hoping I'd still make it to my destination before 18:00, they sent someone to me straight away who arrived in a matter of minutes and I arrived with 5 minutes to spare, I was so pleased with the service and so grateful that they managed to fix what would have been a disaster for my evening would definitely recommend More...
