Tavistock visit.On a recent trip to Devon I was so pleased that I attended the Tavistock Physio Clinic. I really can’t speak highly enough of this business. From the lovely welcome as I walked in, the detailed assessment by Jane in their new rehab gym and then a truly deeply wonderful massage from Ellie. She saw Heather Philp at Tavistock Physios and is now pain free and able to be fully mobile again. I can't praise this place enough. Jo and Jamie have got me through acute knee pain and very limited movement back to full strength and completely pain free in less than three months. The consultant was going to do an arthroscopy - not any more. I will be back regularly for knee rehab and workouts in 2019. Worth every penny. More...

Jane Hyde is excellent and identified and helped with my back problems from the first appointment! From a very low fitness level I can now I can do the Pilates class and WOW class (both excellent) to improve my fitness. Amazing team of people and I would highly recommend this clinic. Jane is brilliant in understanding what issues one has and her physio and Pilates classes are fantastic. Jamie - the personal trainer - is great as well and is able to tailor his approach to all levels of fitness. I never ever thought I would be going to a workout class - and enjoy it!. Personally can I say how pleased I’ve been with your clinic. You personally help to keep me running in my last bout of training and I’m sure when I commence my training again in December our paths will cross again. In the meantime I continue to see Ellie on a regular basis for a sports massage which has been so beneficial and will be ongoing. Also you reception team are so lovely and friendly.
