Through my home emergency assist, Taurus came out to check our issue out, the owner himself turned up within 45 minutes of me even going through the claim with my home insurance, very nice guy to deal with and he was very professional and knew the issue straight away, cannot say anymore really, many many thanks as you helped us out a very stressful situation for us.

Rang late afternoon after discovering a burst outside pipe after recent snow falls. Plumber was onsite within 30 minutes of my call and problem resolved so that water could be turned back on in the house. Date arranged for full repair of pipe for long term solution against freezing pipe outside as he lacked full kit required as it was end of a busy day and had run out of required materials.Polite, friendly and efficient.
