I have now completed 2 of Christina's classes and I have got to say my cake and model making has really improved since.Christina's classes are great fun with a relax and welcoming atmosphere no matter what level you think you are at. All materials are provided including free flowing tea & coffee and a yummy lunch. At the end of the class you get to take home you finished piece of work along with a lovely certificate. I attended one of Christina's Cake decoration classes at the beginning of the year. I turned up feeling a little nervous as I was creating sugar models for the first time. Also having been on other cake classes in the past that weren't great I was dubious! Turns out it was the best thing I had done...My nerves were quickly eased from the moment I sat down, the environment is so relaxed and fun. I learnt so much and produced something I never thought I could! Lunch was great! it was a fantastic day. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Definitely going again! More...

Dear ChristinaI can’t begin to thank you enough for such a wonderful day making the goofy roller skater. You are an amazing teacher, so friendly and helpful and putting me at ease. I fell in love with Christina's cakes and toppers whilst looking online for our wedding cake. Unfortunately as our wedding was in Scotland it wasn't realistic for Christina to do our cake but she was more than happy to do the cake toppers and send them up.
