What do you love most about your job?
Being committed to finding out what clients want and finding ways to help them get that without trying to push our products and services. This gives me absolute freedom to tell people when we're not the best choice for what they really want.
Therefore, I'm always happy and grateful about the outcome of every conversation - it starts us down the path toward mutual satisfaction of outcomes, which focuses on helping them get the results they want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to give my absolute loyalty to my client, without regard to company policies that often aren't in the client's better interests. I've been helping small businesses expand their markets and improve their sales and profits for over fifty years and have never regretted the decision to be in my own business. I am dedicated to partnering with small local businesses.
Why should our clients choose you?
Well, maybe they should and maybe they shouldn't. And that's the reason they should reach out to me. I always look for win/win solutions with people I feel good about serving. Both sides need to feel comfortable with the relationship - if it feels good and we can agree that we're a good match, we've taken a giant step towards mutual satisfaction.
I became successful in consulting when I realized most owners and managers already know what they need to do, and I have an innate talent for digging it out of them. There's never a charge for my consulting services.

I've been working ONLY remotely since 1998 - email and phone accomplishes everything a client will need from me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It hasn't been a concern - since I no longer do face-to-face consulting.
