Having Tara watch my dog was like having a family member watch him. I could immediately tell she knows dogs. I felt safe knowing my dog was in her care. She has cage free boarding and daycare which is perfect for my shelter adopted dog that is still overcoming his fears. She has a good aloha vibe, and I definitely recommend her services! I tried their overnight pet sitting service for the first time. Very happy with the outcome. My dogs seemed quite content when I got back from a quick out of town trip. I am so happy that I found Tara's dog services, I needed someone to watch my Pom while I went on a trip and I was lucky enough to find Tara. She sent me pictures of my baby cakes to let me know that he was ok and he absolutely loved his time with her and the other dogs. I had a good time on my trip without having to worry about my baby. So so grateful to have had wonderful pet-care from Tara's Dog Services!!!Our family went on a trip, and usually watch one another's pets when traveling---but because we ALL were going, we were in a bind! Â It is usually easy to ask a neighbor to feed our dogs over a weekend or a few days, but this was much longer. Â So glad for people like Tara who offer affordable, caring and attentive dog services! Â While away, Tara sent daily updates with photos via email to assure our dogs were doing well. Â She helped manage our dogs (who are not always well behaved while we were gone) and provided extra TLC! Â She really went the extra mile by taking our dog to the vet- just to assure he was ok after the two got into a scuffle. Â I would recommend her to all yelpers! Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Tara's dog services. She is incredibly thorough and thoughtful in her service (in my case, boarding) and genuinely cares about the animals she is working with. To be honest, my dogs love staying at her private residence with her.What I appreciated most about this service was how much Tara goes above and beyond by putting us at ease while we are  on vacation. Our two small breed dogs can be the sweetest and most cuddly pups around, so we were nervous when looking into pet sitters since we knew we needed someone who could handle them both confidently and lovingly. We were so fortunate to have found Tara. She was exactly what we were hoping for - from our first interview/meeting, we could tell how much she loved animals and took pride in establishing meaningful relationships with her clients. Tara took time (and notes!) getting to know our two babies' personalities, quirks, and routines making their lives as stress-free as possible when we have to go away. She has been our go-to sitter/walker. She's been there for our planned trips and last minute scheduling needs and is always thoughtful and consistent with the care she gives our 'children'. Tara will even send us updates on how everything is going which really goes a long way to reducing our anxiety while we're gone. In short, a lot of people can simply put food in a bowl, pick up poop, bring in the mail, and such. But it takes a special person to do all that plus provide loving attention, consistency in training habits, administer medicine when needed, and in general be the source of comfort for your pets when you can't be there. I've been bringing my dogs to Tara for four years. She's very reliable, she sends me pictures of my dogs every day, she's always text me with updates, and she loves animals. We've used Tara to walk our dogs and watch our home for YEARS and trust her 100%. Not only is she a natural with animals (she could totally be a vet), she genuine cares about animals, people, and the planet. She's a wonderful person who is responsible, reliable, professional, and has NEVER missed a dog walk or meeting or even email. I would trust her with my dogs, my kids, and my home any time.
