I have been training with Tara for the past 1.5yrs and can’t say enough good things about my experience. Whether it’s 1 on 1 personal training or her bootcamp classes they have had such a positive impact on my life. I’m stronger, I manage stress better, I have more energy and have met some wonderful people. I am so glad I reached out to Tara to help me with making fitness a priority in my life. More...

I have been attending boot camp and more recently personal training sessions. I love the group boot camp; it always changes and is a great workout. I’ve been training with Tara even before she started Tara Zorn Fitness. I have never felt stronger for a person just over 40. She caters to all levels and if you are ever injured, Tara always has a modification so you don’t miss your work out. My body craves it’s weekly bootcamp. I've never worked out (properly) because I have a serious spinal injury. Tara has given me the total one on one support I've needed to heal my body, build strength and stability and actually enjoy doing it. She gives me new reasons to be proud of myself and my body, she helps me set goals and milestones and reminds me that I can do it, even when I'm ready to believe my mind and tell myself I can't. Not only is she more than qualified to provide results, she's a true, authentic and wonderful person to spend time around. The boot camp class is conveniently timed after school drop off and located in South Surrey. It is a friendly environment where all levels are welcome and can participate in her class. I would recommend this class for someone who is looking for a well rounded workout. I joined Tara Zorn Fitness bootcamp when I finally made the decision to commit to myself wholeheartedly. I shared with Tara my struggles and challenges. She said she was here for me. She said she was going to challenge and push me; to help me achieve what I wanted to achieve. I have gone beyond what I expected for myself physically and more importantly mentally. Committed to 3 days a week for over the last year, we have never done the same workout twice. I started working out with Tara at 4 weeks postpartum. It was the best decision I have ever made about my health and fitness. Tara works hard to ensure the best training for YOU. She is hard working, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in just about anything fitness. The results come fast and they keep on coming. Tara ensures that you are always comfortable and capable; she is your biggest fan and will push you in the most encouraging way.
