We had the Taco Truck at our backyard wedding reception in September, and we could not be happier with how it went! Our guests LOVED it (who can say no to tacos? !) and we were so happy that there were meal options for everyone, including vegetarian, vegan, and GF choices. We had ~80 guests and everyone was served quickly and there was no waiting around. The communication leading up to the wedding was amazing, and Sheila went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered without delay. Thank you Sheila and Jose for braving the rain on our wedding day and for helping to make our reception party so fun and unique! We had Taqueria Del Pueblo at a 60 guest picnic we had at a local park. Working with Sheila via email on the details was easy. She was always quick to respond, answer any questions I had and allowed us to make tweaks to menu and numbers as the day approached.On Saturday at the appointed time, Sheila's husband Jose pulled up with his Taco Truck trailer in tow, got set up where we wanted him, and fired up the fiesta music. Chips, guac and salsa (all fresh) was put out on our picnic tables for our guests. On the trailer is the menu. You pick what you want (we offered tacos, burritos and quesadillas to our guests, with two meat and veggie options). Jose and his staff take your order, give you a ticket with a number, and you chat with other guests while you wait (not long). A very efficient system that got through 60 orders in less than an hour.The food was excellent. Everything had fresh ingredients. The beef was not ground beef, but a much nicer slow cooked and pulled beef. The burritos are huge. Lots of positive comments from our guests. For dessert, Jose brought enough churros for everyone.Many thanks to Sheila and Jose for a great day. When the food and service is good, you get some pretty happy people! Sheila & Oz were flexible and accommodating when I organised a small (30ppl) staff party earlier this week.
Everyone raved about the food, delicious!
From an organisers point, they were very quick to respond to my questions, flexible to a few last minute changes, and very friendly.

What an amazing team! We just had a 40 person event and Sheila was so accommodating and on top of everything. Sheila & Oz Aviles and the entire Taqueria del Pueblo team recently catered our backyard wedding. We loved everything about this company.
When they arrived, they noticed that we were running a bit late (as there were a bunch of people in the front yard driveway) so they decided to park up the road until they were able to set up. This was so thoughtful of them and we really appreciated it.
Then, when we were ready for them, their set up in the driveway was so fast and efficient as they were ready to go in just minutes!
The food was really delicious and the staff serving us were friendly and had great energy that added to the experience.
And that's not all, they even let us take some cool photos with their truck for our wedding album!
Taqueria del Pueblo added so much to our wedding day and we are so happy we chose them as our caterers! Thank you for everything.

I used them for a corporate event and Sheila was amazing! Easy and professional you could not ask for more. Maybe more people to enjoy, but that’s another story. We hired Taqueria del Pueblo for our backyard wedding reception and they were a huge hit. The food was excellent and could be adjusted easily for our vegetarian and celiac guests. They provided a lovely atmosphere with their lights and music. The food truck itself is adorable. They were entirely self contained, we didn't have to provide a thing for them while they were here serving - including plates, napkins etc, it was all included. The communication leading up to the event was very clear and they responded to emails promptly. It's a great value to have a food truck at your wedding, I highly recommend it. Taqueria del Pueblo catered for our wedding. What a treat! In our preparations, they were quick to get back to us with any and all questions, remained flexible with time changes, provided multiple menu options, and were kind and friendly. The food at the wedding was SO GOOD. Complete with little flags on the tacos. They weren't too messy or greasy, and soooo tasty. The truck was dressed up nicely too--loved the open sign. Friends had a great time posing in front of the truck. Would definitely recommend this as a fun, cost-effective way to feed a crowd! We used Taqueria Del Pueblo for our Client Appreciation picnic this year, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. While I can't speak for everyone, it is the best Tacos I've personally ever had . Internally, we are absolutely bending over backwards trying to think how we could reuse the same theme next year just to bring them back.
