The main teacher here, Chris Lomas, has dedicated his life to the full-time study of combat arts. Knowing something and being able to teach it are two different things. Any student who is lucky enough to train here will find themselves with a teacher who both knows what they are doing, and who is able to transmit it in a clear, systematic and logical way. Have trained with sifu lomas for 7 years and the wealth of knowledge and experience is unreal. His passion for the arts in tangible and infectious and you'll never leave a class disappointed. . You will however leave the class with a higher level of knowledge yourself.. And maybe the odd bruise and ache the following day haha.
The mill itself is very intimate which perfectly suits what we do.. There's no hiding!
