Established over 25 years ago with kitchens in Sevenoaks Kent and Godalming Surrey we work across the south east to bring you the perfect menu for your event. We create dishes for all occasions that are delicious, generous, appetising and seasonal and take the greatest care to use the finest and freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible.
Whether your style is rustic or classic, simple or sumptuous, our approach is always to present our food with the same distinctive, natural elegance on which we have built our reputation.
We have cordon bleu trained chefs, a fantastic front of house manager and a team of experienced waiting staff and bar and cocktail experts to help you plan and enjoy your special occasion and make sure it goes off perfectly.

What’s your signature dish?
Wow, that's a question: it varies for the type of cooking. I love a traditional greek lamb dish, canapes that make you go wow, the flavours of asia make for some hugely exciting dishes and you can't beat a proper sticky toffee pudding (a really proper one), perfectly cooked beef wellington makes people smile and I love cooking bread especially a traditional irish soda bread... to many to choose from!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The menu we choose needs to reflect you, your occasion, the time of year and the size of the event. There are so many options it can seem overwhelming, of course if you already have a strong idea of what you want we will start there and refine it together. If it's inspiration you need then we have a number of menus and themes to start to discussion. In any case the first step is to talk, get to know each other, discuss ideas and themes, perhaps taste some options and then begin to plan together.
What do you love most about your job?
Being a chef and running events that leave people saying: that was the most wonderful meal I've eaten.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a passionate cook for years, living in Greece, Austria, North Africa and travelling the world sewed the seeds of this love for great food. I had the opportunity to train at the world famous Tante Marie Academy where that passion was refined with the solid base of classical training... after that working with my own business was the best way of getting to do what I love every day.
