I contacted Tamsin to discuss hypnotherapy and she directed me towards PICT therapy.
A neglectful childhood had left me extremely sad, anxious, fearful and angry. ( I didn't realise that I was so angry.}
What a wonderful therapy, in less than a month I have a new life.
My painful memories are no more, I feel happy, carefree and I'm looking forward to my new life.

It is true to say I have suffered with anxiety for quite a while, around 27 years, constantly feeling anxious with life experiences not making it any easier. I have tried various treatments including CBT which have not alleviated the anxiousness at all. Then I came across Tamsin. Following the very informative consultation it was the proposed I do the 5 day PICT Quick Change Therapy.I have to be honest I was a little sceptical at first.From starting the program I could not believe how at ease and calm I was even after a couple of sessions. I opted for the 5 day PICT Quick Change process as I thought it would deliver the required changes as soon as practically possible for me; I had an anxiety long enough.
