And just my own PSA: why sell lamb?! Go to the slaughterhouse on 44th in Denver and witness their screams. They're BABIES! Jesus carried a lamb, why eat them? Tamarind cuisine has amazing vegan food. That’s saying a lot given that I travel so much and as an Indian a rarely eat Indian food outside of my home. Our local favorite for delicious tandoor and masala, great naan, and a solid drink list including several Indian beers and mango cocktails (reasonable prices, especially at happy hour). The staff is very friendly and the service prompt, last time they even gave us dessert on the house. Pretty good but I wish it had southern style food with biryani. The staff was nice for sure but to be honest I have to take away a star since the cuisine was not as good as other Indian places I have tried. It was also a bit pricey for what we got. Parking was alitttle rough but that’s just how castle rock is now a days. This place has the best Indian food in castle rock and near by. the staff is friendly the naan is amazing and there tikka Marsala is one of the best, get medium to spicy though.
