When I know I've improved someone's business, but getting the right person into the right role, at the right time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, an independent streak. I wanted to do recruitment the right way, and not worry about whether my boss thought I was meeting "his numbers". Good recruiting is a process and a relationship, not a game.
