We had a wonderful experience at Talebi Rugs. Â I had shopped several rug stores before Talebi without much luck. Â We had never purchased a hand knotted rug before and found most stores rug pricing to be obscure! ! We couldn't get a lot of straight answers and our budget was tight.Alan went out of his way to educate us & we felt that he was honest and gave us the best possible rug at his best price. Â He knew what we were looking for and always had the rugs out and ready for us to look at when we arrived. Â The correspondence was great as it took a little bit of time before we found exactly what we were looking for. Â Alan was extremely patient and kind through our decision process. They had so much to choose from and even had the option for a custom made textile if I did not find exactly what I needed in the showroom. I worked closely with Mike until we found a product that fit my budget and my living room.
