Prior to going to Australia, which was to gain further equine expertise, Ashy and Chris ran a successful Pet Care business.
They are now in the process of restarting the business under the name of Tails of Joy.
These two people are passionate about animals. They have animals of their own and the care they give them is second to none. They treat all creatures with great care, love and respect.
If you were to take advantage of the service they are now offering, I can say with confidence, they would not let either you or your animals down.
Through personal observation, I highly recommend Tails of Joy for looking after your pets.

We've used Tails of Joy to visit and feed our cat every few months over the past year and the service has been fantastic. Ash and Chris reply to our requests very promptly, they are super flexible at being able to collect the key and very honest and trustworthy . Best of all, our shy cat has really warmed to them and we are very appreciative of the services they offer so that we don't have to take our nervous cat in the car to a cattery. Ash looked after my Cat Monkey for nearly 4 weeks whilst I was away in Thailand. Monkey is a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to other people, but she eventually let Ash brush her, which speaks volumes.
Regular communications whilst I was away helped to put my mind at ease, and I will definitely be using the service again.

What do you love most about your job?
I grew up surrounded by a houseful of pets. There is something about being around animals that reminds you that this moment is all that exists and when you join them in the simple beauty of the present moment, they bring such a sense of joy and peace to your life. Being around animals vastly increases my quality and enjoyment of life and allows me to give my all in every moment I'm around them. I couldn't think of a better job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I adore animals and I was born to be outdoors! So a job that allows me to be around these incredible creatures we humans have as friends and be out and about with them is just a wonderful way to spend your days. I'm not cut out for spending my days in an office and this is something I can be truly passionate about.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have all the credentials. We're fully insured, DBS checked, pet first aid trained and have a diploma in pet sitting. But more than any of that, we're so committed to giving the best quality of care to your pets that's humanly possible.
Pet Taxi
We can escort your pet anywhere they may need to go, for example to the vets or groomers.
