What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people from a range of backgrounds. It is such a privilege to be able to support people to achieve their goals, explore more about themselves and make the change they want to see in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to set up Tagua Coaching following the work I did to support early career teachers in Ecuador. This experience and seeing how some of those teachers have grown in their careers, spurred me to set up my own coaching business as I want to focus on supporting people to achieve their career dreams.
