Here is why I gave TAG Online 5 stars. I was considering rebuilding my website or, at the very least, giving it a face-lift. I didn’t know where and how to begin looking for a trust worthy company to hire for the job. I have had a bad experience building the current site and didn’t want to repeat the same mistakes that led me to ultimately building a site I was not satisfied with. I was so frustrated so I put the project on hold until I got a call from Amy, the owner of TAG Online. She came over to my office, presented references, sample web sites, time lines, price considerations all of which put me at ease and made it sound easy, affordable and quick. The second meeting was even better because she came with Greg, the actual technician who worked on this project, so there would be as direct line of communication between us as possible. Within a couple of weeks I’ve got my first draft. They nailed it. The first draft exceeded my expectations, the budget was right, it had most of what I needed and faster than I thought it would take. I moved all of my websites to TAG Online about two years ago. They redesigned my primary website, configured my blog, and have provided outstanding support ever since. The difference between them and my previous web hosting company is like night and day. And their up-time is as close to 100% as I can tell. Their redundant power and backup sources and their redundant Internet connections mean my sites are never down. I've referred a number of my own clients to them as well.
