Tactix was my first CrossFit experience when I joined in Jan 2018 and what a great experience it has been. Never have I been so challenged in a fitness regime. The facility is always clean, well organized and lots a light. The coaching is sincere, effective and motivating. The support and social aspect is one of the reasons I come back nearly every day but it is the improved fitness level that is the goal and they help me achieve that daily. I have been going to Tactix in Tsawwassen for CrossFit since it opened in January 2018. This is my first experience with CrossFit and it has been great. The gym is new, large with lots of great equipment. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. It’s not just a gym. Laurian and Andrea are building community. Also, I have made a lot of new friends since starting with Tactix. I have also taken advantage of a few yoga classes and my son is loving the martial arts classes. More...

I would strongly recommend training at Tactix Gym. I have found my experience with the gym to be fantastic. I have improved my physical fitness significantly, and the prices are affordable. The facility is equipped with everything you would need in a fitness centre. It is always clean and well kept, and the staff are dedicated to tailoring workouts and routines which work best for you.
