So delicious! My husband and I had the pastor, barbacoa and carnita tacos. All three distinctly different and equally flavorful. The pastor taco was marinated and seasoned expertly and had a great smoky grilled flavor. The carnita taco was moist and tender and the barbacoa was authentically made with amazing flavor. The salsa paired perfectly with just the right amount of heat and didn't overpower the meats flavor. We are going to be regulars at this food truck! More...
