We have never used a valet before, but here it's mandatory. He was so quick and efficient. We gave him all our quarters.
Our food was exactly as we had ordered it and was Delicious.

This place has very Tasty Mexican food! We scored during our dining time to get five dollar margaritas during happy hour. There is a nice assortment of tacos to choose from and a healthy option to get them wrapped in lettuce

Great atmosphere. Wonderful service. The shrimp tacos and the brisket tacos are delicious. The fish tacos were a little underwhelming, not much flavor. But would definitely recommend.

The food, drinks, and service are some of the reasons I keep going back. I love the outside seating area and their extensive tequila menu. Also, I love their daily specials and that they buy locally sourced fish. The prices are very reasonable as well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they are always busy, super busy, and do not have call ahead or reservation options; I know they aren't a "fancy" restaurant and their ambiance is part of their thing, but considering how busy it always is, I would hope they'd consider something like that for the future. This is my family's go-to place whenever they are in Jax. Some of the best tacos anywhere, very cool atmosphere, prompt service, nice people, amazing bar and cocktails, especially if you like tequila. The blackened grouper tacos and the Baja shrimp tacos are excellent and the Mexican street corn and the beans score perfect sides! Our waiter was Brian be sure to ask for him!!

This is the one Jacksonville staple I will never completely understand - I was going to give 4 stars, but then upped to 5. The weird hippy atmosphere and decor is what I think drives the business - it's a place that reminds you of a college town out west. It's just a funky great time and has cray cray hipster beach staff. The food tho is often hit or miss. I don't get why people rave about this place from a food perspective. This was an outstanding place to see my family before leaving town. They accommodated our large group of 9. The service was quick, correct, and pleasant.
I would rather they cut the meat into smaller portions on the '$10 Taco' but the flavor was there and they did give me a knife & fork. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal but the great grand children were more the focus for me.
My daughter is in the red shirt and looks almost as young as her son next to her. All in all, a great time!
