We enjoy bringing change and improvement to the way our client groups are supported because Of the compassion that we have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The fact that other companies do not take suggestions from their carers who are hands on, therefore shutting down room for improvement. I find that communities are not getting the quality care they deserve. I started my own business because as a trained nurse, I see new opportunities and new products on the market, that might benefit my clients in their homes. I also listen to my staff, who see new ideas and are willing to bring them back into the company. By this it means, my service is always up to date and my patient care is safe, effective and responsive to patient needs.
Because of the experience in my visit,s, I noticed we can't resist cleaning our surroundings, therefore that drove us to opening a cleaning as well.
