Doing a zoning analysis & physical inspection and then meeting the owner and discussing their expectations and budget.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First step is assessing what is allowed by the municipality. In the areas we work there are usually limitations to this type of expansion so we figure out what the constraints are first. Then we take the clients desires and work out a plan. We have done a lot of garage additions - adding floors over an existing garages and converting them into stand alone houses with/without the original parking included.
