I had a big old pear tree, maybe 60ft, which was causing some concern about it's safety; but I didn't want to lose it. Thomas spent more than an hour checking and examining it before taking off the heavier and more rotten wood, He left me with a smaller and much safer tree, whilst maintaining its shape. Thomas Gray responded quickly, popped out to look at the tree, and actually did the job the same day as he'd had a cancellation. Thomas provided us with a quote very quickly and was able to do the work very soon after when we decided to proceed. The work was done speedily across a single day and involved long overdue maintenance, pruning and shaping to a variety of relatively large trees (approx 20 years old) in our large shared garden. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and we were consulted throughout the day. They took all the tree waste away with them and tidied up well. Very good service from Thomas (tree surgeon)came out and gave me a free quote on sunday very good price then they did the work the next day took all the tree away and left us with some logs that we wanted and left the garden around the tree cleaner than it was very good tidy work will be booking him again at a later date to do another tree.
