Terry contacted me first thing in the morning after I posted quite late the evening before. I had water coming into my house because of damage to the roof. I was unable to contact him till later that morning so he had taken on another job but he came round first thing the following day. He gave me a really reasonable quote to repair the area causing the leak. He also found other areas which needed attention, although not causing a problem now it could do in future. He offered to do this at the same time for a little extra cost and he wasn’t pressuring me at all. He had taken pictures of all the areas on my roof and explained what the problems were. Terry and his assistant were able to carry out all the work the same day. It hasn’t rained yet but I feel confident that I won’t have any problems. I would definitely recommend Terry and his team.
