I’ve taken a few bits and pieces in for minor adjustments and repairs over the years and never had any problems. I have just had a 3 piece suit bought for me as best man at a wedding and the groom is a painful hipster so has bought suits that don’t fit people with normal bodies. I brought the suit in and within a few days the trousers had enough room for my calves, the waistcoat closed around my belly and the jacket let me lift my arms. All alterations are undetectable and finished beautifully. It really is a skilful repair.The reviews about the ladies attitude being bad, I think are quite unfair. She is not a TGI Fridays greeter, she is a tailor, and a very good one. If you want sycophantic reverence speak to a therapist. Took my suit in to be altered last minute for a job interview. Like a true professional, the job was undertaken and completed in a few hours despite me showing up first thing in the morning. They also mentioned working till after they closed if it meant helping me get my suit fitted correctly. Truly first class customer service. Very knowledgeable and my newly tailored suit looks a whole lot better. Definitely hope to use them again and will recommend for alterations. Thank you for being so efficient! I recently took my bridesmaid dress here for my friends wedding in Greece as it was slightly too small. The lady was so nice and helpful and made me feel really comfortable.
