Anyone who is looking for a physiotherapist, look up Sanket Sharma (synergy rehab, Fleetwood branch). I ended up getting Carple Tunnel syndrome, a month ago. Sanket Sharma (who is a registered Physiotherapist) with his knowledge and kindness helped me heal. I was in so much pain, but he made sure that he worked with me. Today I am on the road to recovery. This office has very friendly atmosphere. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Vidhi has been great tending to my knee rehabilitation. And the ladies at the front counter are always friendly and welcoming. Even integration with the Jane app, so you can manage your own bookings! Staff are incredibly calm and friendly, never any wait for my appointment unlike at a doctorsoffice. My car accident was a blessing in disguise, as it led me to this physio facility. Ashish has been great at targeting my affected areas and also has made the whole experience very relaxing as I’m not someone who has ever gone to physiotherapy before. For massage, Priya has made me laugh and made me cry (almost) in a good way. She’s really been helpful in identifying the areas that have led to my lower back pain and is always making great suggestions on how I can continue treating myself at home after the massage. I honestly feel that she could break me in half with her powerful hands. For Chiro, I was always, throughout life, apprehensive about the process, but Dr. Kirtpaul has been a big part of my pain management and healing over the last couple months. My tension headaches have all but disappeared since seeing him. He was very informative and reassuring on the first visit, and has always helped me relax before, during, and after each session. All three of the professionals that I have been seeing here are not only very talented at what they do, they are very nice to chat with during the process as well. The front staff has always been very courteous, helpful, and patient in dealing with me and everyone else I have seen them deal with. If I could give 10 stars I would.My therapist is Katherine Lamar I was in moter vehicle accident in 2009 and went to many therapists. None of the therapists could get to the root of my pain which started in my lower back and is now tricking down to my arms and fingers. Katherine knew how to manipulate my muscles so well that I noticed a huge difference in my lower back pain just after the first visit. I could finally get dressed without shooting pain in my back. I just walk-in after work looking for RMT. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. RMT wasn't available that day, she recommended phiso. I don't usually like phsio, but this one is totally different experience for me. I am glad I tried. Kathrine is VERY good; she does deep tissue massage, strong pressure. I felt so good afterwards. Great people work here. Javier Quiros is amazing and very knowledgeable massage therapist. He saved my shoulder. Great service. All receptionists are very polite and helpful. My favorite therapists are Vidhi (physio), Cera and Priya (both are massage therapists). Vidhi & Cera have excellent skills in their field, pay attention on my words, and they are helpful by giving some exercise/tips what to do at home to lessen the pain. Even though I only see Priya 2 times, I know that she is a great therapist, who knows how to find the source of pain. Moreover, there is a coffee machine and tea in the waiting room, which is very nice and thoughtful. One suggestion though, it would be better if the free wifi works (the sign of the wifi availability is there, but it doesn't work when I tried). In general, this place is very helpful. Recommended.
