My previous dentist in my home town tried to force me to get lots of work I didn't need. Moved here in January and have been putting off getting my teeth scaled and a check up in case the same thing occured. All I can say is go to Synergy!! Dr. Jay put my mind at rest immediately and was very open and up front showing me pictures of my teeth and what would actually need doing. As a very nervous patient it has always been extremely important that I feel comfortable with my dentist. I heard the best praises about Synergy dental clinic from my friend. When we relocated from London, I have decided to pay them a visit. I visited last Wednesday and I must say the lady on the reception was first and foremost sensitive to my real concerns. She was very friendly, though professional at all times. She has spent a good half an hour with me, she offered to show me around and she listen to me and explained all I was asking with great patience & smile. The surgery is well located and offers parking on site. I am convinced that if the lady at front desk ( I’m terribly sorry I didn’t get her name) treated me in such a lovely manner, my dental visit arranged with a dentist for next month will be as reassuring. I love coming to Synergy for various treatments. The clinic is clean, warm, relaxing and welcoming. I have been seeing Claire for a long time now and I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Smiley faces all around and a very professional service. I would say that an added bonus is the allocated parking out the back of Synergy. I've been coming to Synergy to see Claire for years now for various treatments and wouldn't go anywhere else! She's helped me with some serious back and hip pain through her amazing massage technique and her face, nail and beauty treatments are 2nd to none. The reception staff are really efficient and in particular Lisa is fabulous. She always has a smile no matter what, is professional and engaging. I have just completed a comprehensive course of cosmetic dental treatment at this practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Really happy with Synergy. I used to go to another local dentist but this one is so much better! My dentist was Jay and he immediately recommended an inlay instead of a regular filling which all the other dentists recommend. Fillings are useless for me!! Always fall out! I've always been a person who hates going to the dentist (especially hate the scraping part), but this treatment was surprisingly good! An oasis, I came to see the Invisalign dentist, he had the latest technology so I could see what the results would be if I went ahead, and it really helps to be informed. Other people in the quiet waiting room were there to see the Beauty Therapist and a Chiropodist is there sometimes too. If you are coming to see the Physiotherapist, they are on the top floor, and it seems to work with the therapy that you have to walk up steps before your treatment! There is a carpark, this is major in such a busy village and though some people walk, I drove so it was really good to know I would be able to park in a private car park when I got there.
