Dr. Estanol is actually Wonder Woman. Not only has she given me the tools to change my mindset for the better, but also lives out her advice. She is an outstanding role model, who genuinely cares about the person beneath all the difficult circumstances. She brings out the light that lives in everyone. Without her help, I would still be struggling to find my happiness in the sport of swimming, however, her words of encouragement have gone far beyond the sport.
