This is the 4th time we have used Andy and Switchboilers. Got a new boiler installed in my father’s house and also had him service and repair the boiler in our house when we had no hot water. Cameron stripped it, found out the problem and repaired. We have just had today a Magna Clean filter fitted and to date all the work has has been excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Called SwitchBoilers and spoke to Andy who came out the same day and gave a quote. This just so happened to be the best price out of 3. We were left with a few options and were not hounded like other boiler companies. Whilst Andy was round doing the quote he also fixed a problem that we had with the toilet! When we gave the go ahead, Andy and his engineer turned up on time and did an amazing job replacing the old boiler with a new combi boiler, also replacing an old radiator along the way free of charge in my daughter’s bedroom. We randomly came across Switch Boilers when we were out walking our dog by pure chance. The new premises they have opened made me feel at ease that I'm not dealing with a man in a van. (No offence) we got to see some products on display. Even though Andy hadn't physically opened he still invited us in and made us feel welcome. (Sorry the dog chewed your brush) When the boiler work was installed for my elderly mother it went flawless. Andy kept making sure my mum was ok and kept reassuring her of things going on such as drilling which kept her at ease. We contacted Switchboilers and from the moment the phone was answered we felt looked after. The gentleman who answered the phone call was very polite and helpful. We arranged for a free no obligation quote and were amazed when the owner of the company turned up to carry this out. 2 hours later we had the quote sent which gave us an several options. When the work was started they guys turned up and the first thing they did was put down carpet protectors, dust sheets and move anything breakable. We left them to the install, when we came back we couldn't believe the mess..... there was none they cleaned up, wipped down the worktops and hovered. We called Switchboilers this morning due to a leak from our boiler. When they arrived the guys introduced themselves to me and talked me through the repair and should be the faults. They also put on those little blue shoes to protect our flooring and also laid dust sheets to cover our worktop. The normal company we use doesn't go to these lengths. They found the problem rather quickly and advised the options we have. The repair is booked for Monday. They also noticed a leaking Radiator valve which they repaired without charging. Great Company, Highly recommend! We needed to change our boiler due to it breaking down over Christmas period, we called Which Boilers as they were recommended by a close friend of the family, we got a quote from them and 3 other local plumbers but we decided to go with Which Boilers based on our friends comments and they were also the cheapest. When we rang Which Boilers they came out the same day to quote for our boiler replacement, they were the fastest to response and promised a quick turn around at a very reasonable price. We can't thank Andy enough, he got his engineers to us when he said, they were 2 very polite gentlemen, very clean and well presented. They came in on the morning and pulled out our old boiler and replaced it with a new Baxi boiler, there was no mess at all from start to finish, they put dust sheets down and a clear film to protect our carpets. My wife couldn't believe how tidy the were! They finished installing our boiler by early evening and we were so impressed how much warmer the house was.We are so glad we took our friends advise, we have our trust in Andy and his team and will definitely be calling again when we replace our bathroom. Following a recent breakdown of our 20-yr old boiler we were keen to get a replacement Worcester Greenstar fitted. Andy, at SwitchBoilers was able to offer the most competitive quote, and arranged for installation to suit us a week later. Communications were good, and they were able to address all my queries. I have had many heating engineers repair my 12 year old Ideal Icos boiler and received differing advice. I contacted Andy, SwitchBoilers who organised an engineers visit after which he offered three quotes from 2 - 10 years . I opted for Ideal Logic+ system boiler with 7 years warranty. I am so thankful I got in touch with WhichBoilers. I have recently moved up to the area from Brighton and the boiler in the house decided to break. My dad always told me to get three quotes. I struggled to get a third quote and came across WhichBoilers on Facebook.
