Psychotherapy Malpractice: this firm is one of the few or the only one that specialises in this. However, they depend on complaint outcomes by organisations that don't conduct proper investigations and whose complaints criteria are not always consistent with legal criteria, regarding evidence for instance. However, i notice one counseling member org now accepts audio recordings from clients which is a great help, but previously complainants were mostly railroaded down the impossible Consensual Disposal Agreement without choice, with no right to reply, after the member (the therapist) has responded, which presumably is still the case (except this is now less likely if you possess audio evidence). The CDA meant the members have free reign to say anything, including lie in their response, and errors cannot be challenged by the complainant. More...

Sarah Kent was very professional, answer or returned all our calls and provided status updates throughout the buying process. She was very good at chasing down the vendor's solicitor which did not exhibit the speed nor standards of Sarah. Alison Kitchman was my solicitor through my divorce, we used the Collaboration method which only involves the two parties iin the divorce and their respective solicitors. You get the opportunity to not only talk to your solicitor but also your estranged partner face to face to try to come to an agreeable settlement for both of you and hopefully moving forward you can salvage a relationship of friendship. The process is definitely worth considering and although I found it frustrating at times and quite emotional it has worked for me.
