I'm an owner of Visually Explained Ltd, social media service provider. Over the last 5 years I've collected a great number of business cards and contacts and was endlessly looking for a simple solution to get those contacts into a database that would allow me to follow a sales process and stay in touch with my prospects, leads and clients. Andrew introduced me into a FREE CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), then integrated it with my e-mail and my website. He provided me with training and showed me how to quickly add business cards into the database. I now have working, current and relevant database that is GDPR compliant. With minimal effort and time, I created and published my first newsletter (first one in 5 years). All my prospects now get added automatically into my CRM where I can make notes on how we met. I also maintain my current leads and deals - all in one place.My sales process has never been so organised and under control. There are a lot of expensive and complicated business solutions on the market.
