What makes a great website?
Your website is your electronic business card and potential customers will decide whether you are worth calling from the first 10 seconds of hitting your site. Your brand, the presentation of your website and the overall feeling a potential customer gets is the difference between your phone ringing or not. At Swift Digital we have invested heavily in our brand and our websites ensuring that the correct message comes across; a dynamic professional yet fun company that will make sure that the client is always looked after.

What do you love most about your job?
IT and Websites are a passion for me, always have been. Having worked in a number of companies previously (from SMEs to Public Sector) I became incredibly frustrated that customer satisfaction wasn't the primary objective. My passion is making people happy and singing Swift's praises. We love growing the IT as the companies grow and being an integral part of the customer, we always treat the client networks and websites as if they were our own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The lack of customer service drove me to start my own business. I wanted to create a business that would truly put the customer's needs first. Out objective is always to make sure the customer is happy, and just as importantly to provide a fantastic and dynamic level of service at a competitive price.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose Swift Digital because we are unique in the marketplace, we have not seen another company to offer 60 minute SLA Resonse times (to standard problems) and 15 minute SLA response times (to high priority issues). All cases are logged and managed within our CRM Helpdesk system which we developed. Clients can log in via a browser, log and manage cases and Service Requests. Managers have access to monthly reports and other reports which they can run whenever they want.
We operate on a single monthy payment for our IT Support contracts, there are no hidden costs, everything for support is covered.
As for our websites, everything is developed in-house, the code websites from the ground up giving bespoke solutions at an affordable price. We like to make our websites special, dynamic and easy to build on so we will never use Wordpress or other template driven models. Our websites are fully managed and produced to the highest standards and are programmed to be responsive on all platforms.
