Excellent experience. A1- got a chance to meet one of the owners. So happy I did. They turned me into a regular on my first visit. Met some friendly neighbors while I was there. The family enjoyed the food I bought home. Clean and kind. Kids loved the cupcakes, brother loved the halal pepperoni pizza, hubby loved the chicken cheesestake. My mother and I have been going here for years at least 2-3 times a month b/c their food is DELICIOUS! Seriously their hot plates for lunch and dinner take you back to big mama's cooking.
They even do pizzas, and a great grilled chicken and a grilled shrimp salad that is superb :) Their breakfast options are hearty and tasty. They offer turkey options too which i appreciate b/c i can not eat pork.
My oh my that curry chicken salad they need to sell by the pound ok!!! It's just divine and a brilliant twist to chicken salad. Their desserts can be hit or miss at times.
I purchased a birthday cake once from them it was very good, cakey (how i like them), flavorful but my party complained about how too sweet it was lol. So next we tried many of their desserts by the slice. Also the cupcakes are hit or miss too some too cakey some just right (cake is cakey not a cupcake lol).
Anyway now that we have our favorites we tend to stick to their pies, cookies and the pound cake!
