I was referred by a friend on Facebook.. I was sooooo impressed. Very Professional... very patient and answered my questions very fast! ! All of this was literally the icing on the cake because my daughter's birthday cake was AMAZING!! Sweet Queen made my baby's birthday party look and taste amazing. It's hard to find a baker where desserts look as good as they taste. She assured me of that, each time she communicated with me. She was professional from start to finish which made the process very easy for me, no stress. I sent a photo of a cake I wanted and her cake was better looking than the cake I sent. Hello...First Of All I couldn't express by words How impressed I was with My Custom Cake & 2 Dozen cupcakes I Email Natassia 3 Days before my Bonus Son Big Day (Graduation Day) with a Melt Down . .An emergency cake order. My previous baker had a family emergency and had to leave Town immediately. So I felt Like my whole party was ruined .So I step out on Faith and went on the hunt for a baker .she emailed me back within a few hours, I explained my melt Down.she immediately calmed my worries .So with only 3 days left she advised me that there would be an additional cost for Last min order (As expected ) But I sent all expectations and she told me my pastries would be nice So the day of my Dinner party needless to say I was still running around getting things done when Natassia Drop my cake order off..But the manger at the venue called me to express how beautiful the cake and cupcakes were..And even though I was texted a photo of the finish product the next before the event.I STILL WAS SOOOOO HAPPY with very detailed BEAUTIFUL WORK THAT SHE HAD DONE. Sweet Queen Desserts has been my go-to for sweets for many years! From basketball themed, baseball themed, Day of the Dead, Jurassic world, and hunting themed cakes/cupcakes, I’ve yet to bring an idea to them they were unable to execute perfectly. Not only has Natassia been able to put my many ideas into an immaculate piece on numerous occasions, she’s also come to the rescue when my sisters cake person backed out with only 48 hours’ notice!!! As always, she didn’t let us down. The cake and cupcakes we absolutely AMAZING! You would have never guessed it was something done in such a small time frame. Needless to say, my sister is now a loyal customer as well. No matter the time frame or request, Sweet Queen Desserts’ never ceases to amaze me and takes pride in every detail. To make it even better, their ordering process is simple and very thorough (which is something that I really look for) and includes a detailed invoice before and after payment.
