We hired Sweet Molly Films for our wedding recently and have, so far, had all of our expectations surpassed. Alex set us up with videographer/cinematographer Steve for the WHOLE entire day- and Steve was a consummate professional. I trust that he got great footage of our wedding from getting ready at 9am to the last dance at 11:30pm. He actually asked me when the band was shutting down, "so, what's happening now?" He was willing to stay and get 'post wedding' footage... but i have a feeling they will have enough video to edit without it!! Alex was easy to work with, helping me understand what we were getting and contracting us at a very reasonable price. Steve was creative, resourceful, and worked so well as a team with our (separately contracted) photographers, even helping each other out with lighting and equipment when it began to rain. Alex did a really beautiful job with our wedding video!! We wanted to be sure we got the best of both worlds- it was important for us to have the cinematic movie-like video, but we also wanted to preserve the raw images of our actual ceremony and memories. Alex was able to do just that for us!! His ability to take moments in time and blend them into a harmonious story is impeccable!! Alex was also flexible in making sure we were involved in the process of the video making. He asked us for our song choices and shared his suggestions. I definitely suggest that you take his song suggestions!!! We put all of our faith in his choices and the video could not have turned out more beautifully. It was truly romantic and every scene made me tear up more than the last. Did I mention that he shot all of our footage in the best HD quality out there?! And that we received multiple Blu-Ray copies of our video?! Yes... And the images were so sharp and beautiful it felt as if they came alive on the screen!!!

I have received many compliments on our video. Our parents were ecstatic with the final product and our friends were amazed with his work. I would most certainly recommend Sweet Molly Films to any bride that is looking for a professional and experienced videographer who will turn your valuable memories into the most beautiful wedding story!!! Alex & the Sweet Molly film crew were a pleasure to work with. The final cut came out fantastic and incorporated movie-like montages, HD/blueray quality, and great editing. The filming at the wedding and reception was very discreet and we never felt like the camera was 'all up in our face.' Our package included a stationary camera on a tripod to get the overall shot while Steve, the camera man, moved around to include various angles, I (groom) was even fitted with a small microphone to capture all of the audio! This combo proved to be invaluable when it became time for editing, Sweet Molly really captured the event through the use of cut aways, transitions, audio, and music layovers within the film. Not sure if I'm using the correct terminology, but the end product makes you feel like you're there. If only we had incorporated video into our 'wedding budget' from the beginning we would have gotten a larger 'package' with an extra shooter, more time, etc.. and it would have been well worth it. Sweet Molly Films made the most beautiful Love Story I've ever seen, only 4 weeks before our wedding and yet was so well done, high quality. All of my guest loved to watch this short Hollywood movie type in our wedding reception, they are extravagant, elegant, prodigious, professional, strong, competent, experienced, polished, skillful, and making the video was enjoyable, diverting, entertaining, fun and energetic.
I hired Sweet Molly Films for my wedding on November 4, 2011 and they exceeded our expectations, we had a great communication, always available to discuss details over the phone, they definitely made my planing much easier. They are film making experts, they were also open to hear and include our ideas, over all they were great and very talented.

We were so very pleased with how our wedding video turned out. We hired Sweet Molly Films to do our wedding video. At first we were skeptical about having any video at all after seeing a lot of other video company's work. They seem to all produce the same kind of video. Some were a little more then just a slide show.
After running into a friend that plays in a wedding band he suggested that we look up Sweet Molly Films. We called them up, met with them and after seeing their work, I have to say their work was different, unique and changed our view of what a wedding video should be.
After receiving our finished video, it was beyond and above our expectation.

What could we say about our vendor Sweet Molly Films. My husband and I looked at their work and thought it was great, but we figured we would look at other video companis too, just to get an idea of what was out there.

My husband and I looked all over for a perfect videographer..it seemed like a mission impossible. Majority of the videographers we saw used the same "cookie cutter" approach and nothing appealed to us. We wanted our video to be different. We got exactly THAT with Sweet Molly Films. Our video is more than what we imagined it to be. We let them take care of the music..and they let their creativity flow! Our video really reflects who we are as a couple and the best part is it is just like watching a movie..not a cheesy wedding video. They were great through the whole process.
