Love this sweet shop! It’s adorable inside, the owners are lovely, and the sweets are fully incredible. I’ve been dairy, egg and soy free while nursing my babies, and I haven’t had cinnamon buns or cupcakes this fantastic in years. The coffee is delicious too.

My favorites are cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, garlic rosemary rolls. The pancakes/waffles I make at home. I don't have allergies so I add frozen organic blueberries and pecans to the pancakes and they are to die for.

After many health issues just before my birthday I was relatively upset knowing I probably wouldn’t have any cake (lol so silly I know) my sister found you guys online and my husband got me a cake. Oh my goodness! Not only amazing, beautiful and most importantly DELICIOUS!! I was able to eat and enjoy a beautifully sized piece. Something that I have not been able to do in months. I felt good about eating here the minute I saw the sign on the door about food allergies. "WE" had a brownie, a chocolate frosted donut, and a mini-cupcake. I say "we" because I only got a bite of each... my kids polished everything off... and they are not gluten free. seriously amazing gluten-free items. the lunch bowls look delicious, too. We heard about Elizabeth's from a Facebook group and drove 35 minutes to check it out! Very excited to have a peanut/tree nut (with the exception of coconut) free bakery and everything tastes wonderful! It means so much to us that we now have a bakery that our daughter can visit, we brought a friend along and made a morning of it. There are outdoor tables so we sat outside and afterwards we visited some of the other local shops. Going out for donuts with a friend is a special thing when you have nut allergies. Very cute place and the owner is very friendly, The products taste great! We had chocolate pie, brownies, a cinnamon roll. and donut holes. Then we bought carrot cake, donuts, and another slice of chocolate pie to take home with us. Everything was great and we definitely be back. Thank you Elizabeth! There have been so many times we've had to say "no" in the past 12 years, it means so much to our family that we have a place we can say "yes" to and let our daughter experience the simple things most take for granted! I started with Elizabeth when her shop was is OCC. she is such a gem. she is a ray of sunshine and compassion. she is the real deal, it's not just a job, this is an extension of her life. her sweet and savory dishes are amazing abd not be missed. her abd her family are a ray of sunshine. Sweet Elizabeth’s Organics is the cutest, tastiest, allergy-free bakery and deli. We stopped in on our road trip back home from Breckinridge, Colorado to Dallas, Texas with my husband, kids, mom and dad. My son and dad have food allergies so we were excited to try lunch and dessert. We ate veggie bowls, salads, butternut squash soup and a vegan (cheeseless) pizza. We also devoured two cinnamon rolls and a vanilla cupcake. All of it was to-die-for! With my dads birthday coming up, we bought a chocolate cake mix to go. My husband and I shared a cinnamon roll fresh out of the oven at the bakery last Wednesday, and it was the best we have found in the Springs. We are vegans but not gluten free, so we were not expecting it to be so moist and delicious. You would never know that it was vegan AND gluten free! Absolutely the best. It is so nice as vegans to be able to walk into a bakery and not have to ask if it is safe for us. So many goodies to choose from. The owners were absolutely charming and kind. So let me start off by saying first of all, I don't even need my food to be dairy-free or gluten free, but it just so happens to be the food here is incredible! Not only that, but as an athlete I do prefer my food to taste good besides being good for you. Many people don't realize that gluten will eventually catch up with you and most Americans have too much gluten even if you don't have celiac disease it does contain estrogen which is a female hormone that makes you slow, tired , sluggish and retain water. Also , my girlfriend and I have a sweet tooth for cupcakes and donuts once in awhile, and after searching many places like Coquettes, Whole Foods or Lovin Oven, none of them have the quality or taste of Sweet Elizabeth's. For example,as good as coquettes is, they're very sweet and heavy at times, and as for Lovin Oven they use a lots of canola oil for their frosting and their cake is very dry. Arter eating Sweet Elizabeth's, I always feel good afterwards like I just ate "Really Healthy Food" which it is food lol , but not a dessert per say.
