Fantastic cake that is moist and flavorful. The proprietor is amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I ordered a 12 inch vanilla cake with fresh raspberries and vanilla mousse and whipped cream frosting. It was powder blue with a fondant airplane since it for some one that flys as a hobby.
