We hired the white bouncy castle with flowers/drapes for our wedding on Sat 7/9/19. It arrived well in advance, as requested and when it came to collection the gentleman allowed extra time as some guests were still bouncing away. I have recently got married and hired the white bouncy castle and a sweet cart. The team were so professional from start to finish. Giving me all options of weather problems and alternatives. I would like to say a massive thank you to Sweet Brothers Events. a month before the wedding the people who we had booked our bouncy castle with let us down but these guys stepped in no problem. Although in the end we couldn't have the bouncy castle due to the winds we went for the ice-cream bar instead. We ordered quite a few things with sweet brothers and they never failed to deliver. However I found the communication to be very poor. I was asking for updates constantly, we didn’t get any final timings until 3 days before we got married. Even though I’d be asking for days for update and then was meads to feel like it was my fault when I could answer the phone because I was busy doing other things. Really great hire company, got a few things for our wedding including the blossom trees and bouncy castle and it really made our day so unique and special. The whole experience was easy and straight forward and the team from booking the items to the lads dropping it off was stress free and so professional. Sweet brothers from start to finish are amazing. Our wedding bouncy castle was easily ordered turned up on time erected and taken away without a fuss. I don't even know where to start. Dealing with this company, Jerome in particular, was an absolute dream from the get go! Happy to chat on the phone at 10pm at night, going through things with a fine tooth comb, double checking things, keeping in touch, every brides idea of heaven ! And of course the finished result, absolutely stunning. Every single guest, the photographer and even the venue bar staff commented on how amazing the room looked for our ceremony, meal and reception. Guests said they felt like they were in a whimsical secret garden, sipping prosecco and chatting under the the blossom tree centerpieces, and the hanging tealights finished them off beautifully. Me and my dad were absolutely floored walking down the aisle, it was so beautiful I couldn't stop looking around. These guys are the absolute best! A grade service from beginning to end. We had the bouncy castle booked for our wedding on 10th August and although the weather was against us, Sweet Brother Events did every thing they could for us. They kept us up to date with the forecast predictions, offered any of their other products as an exchange or a full refund which only 2 days after our wedding has been issued! Absolutely amazing! If I could give more stars I would, I got the chocolate fountain, ice cream, punch ball machine, slush machine, popcorn machine, floral archway, and blossom trees for my wedding last week and I can’t thank the guys enough the staff was amazing all the things I ordered made my special day that extra bit special, the kids and also adults absolutely loved everything and everyone keeps talking about them, the punch ball was the best thing I could of got everyone loved it and kept occupied by it all night! We hired the flower wall for our daughters 21st birthday event at the principle hotel in York . The flower wall was such a lovely addition to have . The experience of hiring the flower wall was very simple. Jerome was such a lovely person and very helpful . He delivered and set up the flower wall, placed it where we wanted , then returned the next day to collect it. I would definitely recommend Sweet Brothers Events . We have just had our wedding on the 7th September 2018 and I needed to just let everyone know what a fantastic company sweet brothers are. From the moment we contacted the company to the morning after the wedding they have been fantastic. We mainly dealt with Jerome who I must say was amazing. Went the extra mile on everything and nothing was too much trouble. If anyone is thinking of getting their wedding extras and unsure who to go with then look no further.
