I'm in the best shape I've been in from Stroller Strides. Its a wonderful mix community and accountability. It sets a wonderful foundation & example for our littles who get to join us in all the fun. Cortney does an amazing job of organizing, challenging, and encouraging us all! I highly recommend Stroller Strides for any and every mother no matter where they're at in their fitness journey!! I love these classes and Cortney, the instructor as well! They have a variety of options for style of class, times to meet my ever-changing schedule and ability level within each class! This class is just awesome for Moms! They offer an effective workout for all fitness levels, no matter if you're pregnant, 6 weeks postpardum, one year into motherhood, or even the mother of a 5 year old! We love our workouts with Cortney! My daughter and I go at least once a week(we aim for twice). I can get my workout in without leaving my her. She and all the kids play safely in the strollers and if she is fussy I can tend to her without missing out. It's a great community of moms. Our children typically range from a couple months to elementary school but all moms welcome. While you workout you get to talk to, encourage, learn from, and befriend each other. Dads, grandmas, aunts, and anyone else are welcome to come with you! Each class is different and often themed to keep the kids engaged. Each station has something for your level. If you need a modification Cortney is ready to suggest something. If you want to push even harder she is happy to help there too. Taking breaks perfectly normal and the kids are perfect excuses if you need. The instructor has a detailed knowledge of pre and postnatal fitness. She understands all the things our bodies go through and how to recover from to making tiny humans. After every class I feel a lasting difference in my body and my perspective. Last but not least the community aspect keeps you wanting more even when you'd rather not sweat it out. Play groups and story time for the kids.
